Yes. Your API key and secret are stored encrypted with AES-256 and used exclusively to connect to your Smoobu account. All connections use TLS, passwords are stored as salted hashes only. You can disconnect at any time — the mirrored data is deleted with it.
No. Without your action, SmooInsight only reads. Write operations happen exclusively where you trigger them: when you create a booking or block, or when you explicitly enable an automation rule. Every automatic change is logged and reverted automatically once it's no longer needed.
Billing is per property per month, tiered: the 1st property costs €6, the 2nd–5th €4.50 each, the 6th–10th €3.50 each, from the 11th €2.50 each — excl. VAT. Pay yearly and save 10%. New accounts get a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. The beta phase is currently running: beta accounts use everything for free and will be notified well in advance by email before prices apply to them — there is no automatic conversion into a paid subscription without your consent.
